Hi loves! Happy Friday! Who has seen the hype all over social media about the straightening brush craze? I am sure most of you have. I first saw a video of an Asian girl using a similar product on her hair and from that point on, I was intrigued.
Over the past few weeks, I have seen numerous versions of the straightening brush. People have tried ones from Amazon, Ebay, and Groupon- the reviews on these similar products have not been so great, so I wanted to find one would actually work, and I think I have done just that.
After doing a bit of research online, I came across Head Kandy. From the reviews I have read on this particular straightening brush-it seems to be the best choice. I received it relatively quick and in a pretty teal color, but it also comes in ‘Steal my heart pink’.

Here is my before and after using the straightening brush. As you can see, I have pretty wavy hair. Like a regular straightener, the best way to use the straightening brush is to section your hair into small sections. The smaller the sections the better the straightening brush will work. In the mornings, I really do not have a lot of time to section out my hair, so I wanted to do a quick brush through for testing. Now, as you can tell the straightening brush did a great job for a quick run through. I can only imagine how my hair would look if done the proper way.
Final verdict: I would definitely recommend the Hair Kandy Straightening brush over similar items on the market. It does cost a little more, but well worth the money in my opinion, because it comes with the warranty. Similar products on the market do not, depending on where it purchased from.
